Delete Your Account

You can start an account deletion request from the FACECARD iOS app by opening Profile and choosing Delete account. You may also email us from the address on your FACECARD account.

We will confirm the request, delete or de-identify personal information associated with the account, and tell you if limited records must be retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution reasons.
