Eligibility And Accounts
You must provide accurate account and application information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. FACECARD may refuse, suspend, or revoke access if information is inaccurate, abusive, fraudulent, unsafe, or violates these terms.
Applications And Membership
Submitting an application does not guarantee membership. Identity verification, application review, and membership access are separate steps. FACECARD may approve, waitlist, reject, suspend, or revoke membership based on review criteria, safety, availability, compliance, or misuse of the service.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- submit false, misleading, impersonated, or unauthorized information;
- share another person's private information without permission;
- attempt to bypass verification, account controls, booking checks, or access controls;
- use FACECARD for unlawful, harmful, harassing, exploitative, or abusive conduct;
- interfere with FACECARD systems, security, or other users.
Communications
FACECARD may send transactional emails, security codes, account notices, application updates, and support responses. SMS security codes are sent only when you consent in the app. Message and data rates may apply.
Member Benefits
Partner offers, bookings, venue access, and other benefits may be limited, changed, cancelled, or subject to additional rules from FACECARD or the participating partner.
